Natwest is granting their colleagues access to explore our internal GenAI platform, the AI Digital Enabler for NatWest, where they’ll get the chance to experiment with using AI technology in a simple, secure and controlled environment aimed at helping them work smarter.
The bank is also rolling out Microsoft Copilot Chat, a GenAI tool that uses smart AI to answer questions, generate content and find information its colleagues need quickly.
Natwest’s Chief Data and Analytics Officer, Zachery Anderson said: “Empowering our colleagues with the right AI tools at their fingertips not only helps us to simplify how we operate and serve our customers better, but equips our people with essential skills to work smarter and unlock their full potential. Rolling out access at such scale and pace, in a secure and safe environment, is a huge feat, and provides a launchpad for reusing this capability for other use cases across the bank.”
