ICTS Protiviti, a consulting firm specializing in governance, risk and compliance, is expanding its ecosystem of anti-fraud solutions for e-commerce by joining forces with Riskified, a fraud management platform used by global retailers.
The use of technology makes it possible to increase sales approval rates, besides guaranteeing the refund of chargebacks generated by the solution.
The platform is provided in the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model and operates in a fully automated way, that has no need for manual revisions. It works with various data sources, such as behavioral biometrics, device analytics and social media data.

Through the partnership, ICTS Protiviti seeks to offer customers state-of-the-art technology that is used among the top 10 global retailers.
As it is fully automated, the technology reduces order approval time and end-customer purchasing conflicts.
